Yiannis Stravolaimos is an accomplished Greek filmmaker, director, screenwriter, visual effects artist, producer, and colorist whose creative vision has established him as one of the most versatile professionals in contemporary independent cinema. Based in Athens, Greece, he has built a distinguished career spanning every stage of film production, from writing and directing to post-production and visual effects.
He is widely recognized for directing the acclaimed feature film The Shepherd's Supper (2023), as well as To Kalesma (2016) and O Fylakas (2020). In addition to directing, Yiannis specializes in visual effects, compositing, color grading, 3D animation, matte painting, and digital post-production, bringing technical innovation and artistic excellence to every project he undertakes.
Throughout his career, Yiannis has collaborated on numerous feature films, documentaries, and international productions, earning recognition for his creativity, technical expertise, and commitment to cinematic storytelling.
